OT Branch Manager / Team Leader – Innovative organisation Inner Melbourne $75K - $85K
This role will suit an experienced OT currently working at team leader level and seeking the next step.
Our client is a leading, national rehabilitation services provider looking for a dynamic rehab professional to lead their operation from Melbourne. This organisation is an established and well-respected company; staff are highly regarded and well rewarded financially. They are looking for a manager who can work cooperatively with the Managing Director to proactively to lead this established small and growing team. This position would suit a candidate seeking the next step - team leader experience and a strong background gained in the occupational rehabilitation sector. To be successful in this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Considerable experience working within injury management in an occupational rehabilitation setting
- The desire to move forward to management
- Strong skills across reporting, mentoring and outcomes achievement
- Exceptional relationship building ability with clients, customer accounts and staff
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
Your role will involve the following:
- Operational management of the Melbourne site
- Staff management including mentoring, recruitment and training
- File reviews and report checking / quality assurance
- Customer / Client relationship management
- Direct Employer work – OHS and RTW Coordination and policy implementation
- A small caseload dependent upon experience
You will be provided with:
